Property Maintenance

Environmental Code Purpose

The purpose of environmental maintenance codes are to protect, preserve, upgrade and regulate the environmental quality of a community in commercial, industrial and residential neighborhoods in the City. This is accomplished by outlawing and removing conditions which are detrimental to health, safety, and welfare of these areas.

We encourage our residents to participate by understanding the importance of these codes and the benefit of compliance.

Code Enforcement Department
