Electric Equipment Work in Fire Tree Development

Fire Tree Notice

The City of Baldwin City Line Crew will be in the Fire Tree Development addressing the settling issues with the Transformers, Secondary Pedestals, and Primary Cabinets. Crews will be digging around the electrical equipment and adjusting them back to level. There should not be loss of power during this process. If the power needs to be shut off, a 2 day notice will be given to the customer. If a resident has planted bushes or flowers in a 3 foot circumference of the electrical equipment, it will need to be removed from the area by the resident so it will not be damaged. The City will not be responsible for these items. We will put grass seed down in the areas that are disturbed in this process. We regret the inconvenience, but this is necessary for the reliability of service to our customers.

Thank You,

Chris Croucher

Director of Electric Distribution
