City Hall, BCPD, and Public Works to Reopen Lobby Spaces with Limitations

Moving into Phase 1.5 of reopening Kansas, City Hall, Baldwin City Police Department, and Public Works will reopen with limited capacity.

City Hall will be open to walk-in customers, but please note these restrictions:

  • One person or family in the lobby at a time. Please do not bring children if you can make other arrangements.
  • Be respectful of others’ time and space.
  • Observe social distancing guidelines, including allowing for 6 feet of space and wearing masks.
  • Continue to use virtual methods of doing business if possible, such as online bill pay, dropbox, phone call or emails for questions.
  • Call ahead to determine procedure if you are unsure. 785-594-6427.

Public works will be open to walk-in customers with similar restrictions to city hall.

  • You can report potholes, tall grass, trash complaints, and water issues at https://www.baldwincity.org/requesttracker.aspx.
